Welcome to the Jiann-Ping Hsu
COLLEGE of PUBLIC HEALTH... On January 14, 2004 the Board of Regents established the first School of Public Health in the University System of Georgia and named it the Jiann-Ping Hsu School of Public Health. Establishment of the School was made possible by a generous gift from Dr. Karl E. Peace, in memory and honor of his wife, Dr. Jiann-Ping Hsu. The School transitioned to the Jiann-Ping Hsu College of Public Health, effective January 1, 2006. The Jiann-Ping Hsu College of Public Health offers the following degree programs:

Students will gain valuable insight, experience, and skills that will contribute to their success as the future public health workforce. The Jiann-Ping Hsu College of Public Health houses four Centers:

We are dedicated to enhancing the health of rural communities and eliminating health disparities among underserved populations through our educational programs, innovative research projects, and community based public health outreach and service.
